We have structured experience in domestic, international, and cross-border transactions involving lending, acquisition finance, asset finance, equity investments, NPL portfolio acquisitions, and project financing, as well as in assessing loan and debt structures, drafting loan documentation, establishing collaterals, and negotiating and reviewing loan agreements.

Our team members have been actively involved in several landmark transactions over the last decade in Serbia. Recent mandates include a EUR 5 million loan facility to a local company.
