“The purpose of public enforcement officers is to forcibly collect a claim that the debtor has not settled voluntarily. The enforcement officer have the right to forcibly evict the person, the police are present if it is reasonably expected that there will be opposition to the execution or if the execution was attempted earlier, and there was an obstruction of the debtor” said Andrejic.
