Vladimir focuses on dispute resolution, debt collection, and environmental law. He represents clients in both domestic and international arbitration and corporate and commercial litigation, as well as in disputes involving labor law, tax, and customs regulations. Vladimir also represents national and international creditors, debtors, and investors in matters involving corporate restructuring, workouts, bankruptcy administration, liquidation, enforcement of pledges, insolvency issues and proceedings, and the dissolution of companies.
In addition to his dispute resolution expertise, Vladimir has advised clients on several high-profile M&A transactions in Serbia.
