Mirjana, who has worked for several of the leading firms in the region both inside and outside Serbia, focuses her practice on labor and corporate law, as well as on administrative procedures, tax law, and public procurement law. In addition to assisting clients with important day-to-day legal compliance, filing, and regulatory matters, she has significant experience working on high-profile M&A transactions and mining law matters in Serbia.
